SingleBe steel rigid forks

We manufacture “segmented” steel forks from CrMo SAE4130 steel. Optional Axle to crown length (max 490 mm) and offset.

“Unicrown” forks are available from Reynolds 631/853 steel for MTB forks and from SAE4130 CrMo steel for gravel/road forks.

Optional crowns/type/dropouts/brake mounts listed below.

Crowns

TA45 – crown outside diameter OD 45 mm – with tapered steerer 39.8 mm.

SE46 – for ZS44 headset, outside diam. 46 mm – classic steerer for 30,0 mm crown race ring (1 a 1/8″).

AH34 – Classic A-head crown, OD 34 mm – classic steerer for 30,0 mm crown race ring (1 a 1/8″).

TA15 – Thru axle 100×15 or 110×15 (Boost) – singlebe black anodized axle 15 mm is included for 100 or 110 mm spacing.

TA12 – Thru axle 100×12 – singlebe black anodized axle 12 mm is included for 100 mm spacing.

QR9 – Dropouts for QR hubs

Straight – straight legs from steel SAE4130, diam 30 mm. Optional tire clearance. Max fork axle to crown is 490 mm.

Unicrown – we have unicrown legs from Reynolds 631/853 for mtb forks, or SAE4130 for gravel/road forks.

PM160 / PM180 – most common for MTB forks.

IS160 – older type of brake mount

FM140 – most common for gravel/road forks for Flat Mount caliper brakes.

V brake – standard pivots for canti or V brakes
